This collection is limited edition and exclusively custom made to order. Each piece is individually hand - and machine - made and finished, which takes time and attention to detail. This will ensure you will receive a beautifully finished piece. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production of your order. On rare occasions, times may be subject to change.

Pourama takes care that your piece arrives safely by following the procedures of our courier providers.

Care is made by ensuring the packaging of each piece is checked before your order is dispatched.

You will be sent a tracking order once your item has been dispatched, please contact the courier company directly.

We cannot ship to a PO Box and therefore request a physical address only.

We have rate for the North Island and South Island delivery, subject to change by NZ Post.

We do not offer refunds unless the piece is faulty.

To be eligible for a refund your piece must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

We will document each piece prior to delivery to ensure what is dispatched is in excellent working order.

Returns must be within 7 working days of delivery to be eligible for returns.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective so we can evaluate the issue and assess it to correct any fault.
